Please note the return conditions listed below ONLY apply to merchandize purchased DIRECTLY from Bano eeMee and/or from the Bano eeMee website. If the merchandize was purchased from a third party please contact them directly regarding a possible return or exchange. Bano eeMee cannot accept or guarantee returns or exchanges for merchandize purchased from third parties including retailers, web-stores, agents or private individuals.
If you purchased the merchandize directly from Bano eeMee or the Bano eeMee website, all exchanges and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment (no exclusions).
ALL sale items are a final sale and garments are sold as is.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Bano eeMee reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
To return please email Bano eeMee at info@BanoeeMee.com and obtain a Return Authorization Form. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the original shipping box along with the Return Authorization Form. Returns can not be processed without a Return Authorization Form. Be sure to address your return shipping box as follows and email the tracking number to info@BanoeeMee.com:

Please note that we will refuse any shipment which arrives postage due. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs incurred when returning merchandise and these will be deducted from the reimbursement if necessary.
